Summary: They put us in building 1 where the elevator was next to the restaurant, so it’s a super busy hallway with servers passing by all the time. We were on the 2nd floor, so we heard all the noise from snow shovels and cars, which went on till late at night and started early in the morning. We asked for our room to be cleaned once during our stay and they only cleaned half of it. They made the bed and replenished the coffee pods and toiletries, but didn’t give us clean cups for some reason.

Summary: Room was clean and very nice. The fireplace was not working on remote but the maintenance guy came and put it on manual. The TV in the main room did not cast as it should but we just rolled with it. The lobby was ok, the location was amazing, close to Notre Dame basilica and a few short blocks to Rue St. Paul. The guy who checked us in was very nice and admitted he was new to the city but turned us on to the concierge which was fine. The same desk person offered us a late check out which was so nice, so overall very nice stay and would highly recommend overall!
